April officially means it’s Spring season. To welcome the warmer weather we’re hitting the Myth terrace on Friday 05 April for our monthly takeover.
This month we’re featuring a round of special guests including two who are first time performers for a JaxDnB event.
Making his return to perform in Jacksonville and playing an exclusive Drum & Bass set, we are pleased to welcome Sub-Lo!
The evolution of Sub-Lo started in Chicago where he grew up immersed in the music scene. You could find him playing in garage bands at VFW halls and church basements. Eventually exploring the city, he stumbled upon Chicago’s deeply rooted house scene where he began experimenting with electronic music. After moving to Florida he began blending genres and crafting a diverse sound with a heavy emphasis on BASS!

We are also happy to have multi-genre artist Awesomus Prime from the Bass Street crew returning for another DnB set. His last performance was high energy and great vibes, and this one will certainly not disappoint. In addition, Scott Calvin, also from Bass Street, is making his JaxDnB debut after catching the drum & bass bug along his crew mates. Resident and host Reflections will be on opening duties and greeting everyone throughout the night.

The monthly JaxDnB Terrace Takeover occurs on the first Friday of each month at Myth Nightclub. On Fusion Fridays they offer free entry with college ID before 11:00 P.M. (you must pre-register for a free entry ticket – choose the free RSVP ticket and checkout on Eventbrite.) You can also get free entry all night by registering for our guest list via Ticket Fairy!
